Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Thanks for choosing SiPhotoEditor. The rules on this page, our terms of service, govern your use of siphotoeditor.com, an SI photo editor; SI, short for super intelligence, is the technology formerly called AI. On the site you add a picture, tap one of the quick edits or type your own change, and a model sends back an edited version to compare, download or edit further. Signing up, or simply using the editor, counts as accepting these terms of service; anyone who disagrees should stop using the site.

Who may use the service

Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. You can sign in through Google or with a single-use link we email you, valid for 20 minutes. Whatever happens under your login is your responsibility, so guard access to your mailbox and Google account, and email support@siphotoeditor.com at once if you suspect misuse.

Your photos: rights and consent

Each time you upload a photo, you confirm that:

Edits that are not allowed

Do not use SiPhotoEditor to make, request or share:

Automated scraping, reselling access, using results to train another model or build a dataset, flooding our servers, dodging safety filters and gaming promotions are banned too. If a realistic edit of a real person could mislead viewers, label it as edited when you share it. Breaking these terms of service may get files deleted and an account suspended or closed, and credits left in an account we close can be lost.

Moderation and safety filters

Before anything is charged, an automated moderation model reads the text of each edit instruction; it never inspects the photo, and if it is unavailable the edit goes ahead. Every model provider applies its own safety filters to the photo and the result, so some requests will be turned down. We charge nothing when our own check stops an instruction, and a provider block counts as a failed edit, so its credits return. No automatic filter is perfect, so you stay responsible for your uploads and results.

Credits, prices and payments

Free credits, gifts and bonuses

Accounts opened with Google begin with 80 free credits. The gift center offers small extras for a welcome gift, daily check-ins with a streak reward, your first creation, sharing, rating the site and inviting friends. Gifts stay locked until you have used Google sign-in at least once, and an invite pays out only for a friend who opens a brand-new Google account from your link. Bonus credits come with every pack (Starter adds 10%, Creator 20% and Studio 30%), and a first pack bought within 48 hours of registering gets 30% more. Free and bonus credits cannot be refunded or cashed, and we may withdraw any that were gathered through duplicate or fake accounts, self-invites or other abuse of these terms of service.

Who owns the edited photos

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the photos and instructions you submit, and we claim no ownership of the results. You are free to use them privately or commercially, provided you comply with the law, respect the people and works shown in the source photo, follow these terms of service and honor the model provider’s usage rules. An edit never gives you rights you did not have in the original.

No result is guaranteed to be one of a kind or clear of other people’s rights, and copyright protection for machine-edited images differs from country to country. You give us permission to store, process and transmit uploads and results only so far as running the editor requires: passing them to the model provider, saving them to your account and displaying them to you. Your photos are never published by us or used for training, and our Privacy Policy explains how long each file is kept.

Third-party models

fal.ai hosts the models that perform the edits. Today they are Google’s Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro, ByteDance’s Seedream 5 Flash and Seedream 5 Pro, Alibaba’s Qwen Image 3, OpenAI’s GPT Image 2.5, Black Forest Labs’ Flux 3 and xAI’s Grok Imagine Image 2. Each trademark stays with its owner, and we mention models only so you know what produced an edit. None of these companies endorses SiPhotoEditor, their speed and availability are partly outside our control, and the line-up may change at any time.

No warranty on results

SI photo editing is unpredictable. A result may change a face, hands or details you asked to keep, add objects, skip part of the instruction or look unnatural. The editor comes “as is” and “as available”, and where the law allows we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about results, accuracy or uptime. Look over each edit carefully before publishing it or relying on it.

Limitation of liability

Where the law allows, SiPhotoEditor will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage such as lost profits, lost files or harm to reputation. Should we owe you anything, the total will not exceed your payments to us over the 12 months before the claim arose. Some liability cannot be limited by law, and these terms of service do not try to.

Complaints about photos

If a photo or edit made here uses your copyrighted work, shows you without your consent or impersonates you, email support@siphotoeditor.com. Tell us which work or person is affected, where you saw the material and how we can contact you, and confirm in good faith that the complaint is accurate. A person examines each report; material that violates these terms of service is taken down, and repeat offenders can lose their accounts.

Your responsibility

The photos you upload and the way you use the results are your responsibility. If a third party comes after us because of your content or because you broke these terms of service, you agree to repay our reasonable costs, within the limits of the law.

Suspension, closure and availability

You may walk away whenever you like and have us erase your account. We can suspend or terminate an account for breaking these rules or where a legal obligation requires it. Editing may pause briefly when a provider fails or we fix something; edits lost to an outage are refunded automatically. If SiPhotoEditor ever closes for good, and not because of something you did, we will warn you ahead of time and refund any paid credits still unused.

Changes to these terms of service

The product will keep changing, and so will these terms of service. Significant changes are posted on the site or emailed before they apply, and using the editor after that date means you accept the revised version. Together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, they make up our full agreement with you. An unenforceable clause does not affect the others, and a delay in enforcing a rule is not a waiver. You may not hand your account or credits to someone else unless we agree in writing. Write to support@siphotoeditor.com with any question, and visit the SI photo editor home page for sample edits.
